Terms of use

CashBackClaim lists offers published by third-party merchants. We try to keep them accurate and current, but merchants set and change their own prices, codes and terms, and can end an offer at any time. The terms shown at the merchant’s checkout are the ones that apply.

We are not a party to any purchase you make. Orders, payments, refunds and support are between you and the merchant.

Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the merchant an offer comes from. Listing a merchant does not mean the merchant endorses CashBackClaim.

The site is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using an offer listed here.
